Shipping policy

All delivery timeframes are from when we have your items in stock. Please remember to refer to your order confirmation for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates. 

The delivery type for each item is shown on the relevant product page. For a full breakdown of our delivery pricing and timescales please see the table below. Please note that this applies to deliveries to UK mainland postcodes only.

DELIVERY TYPES

Parcel Delivery

For smaller or lightweight items Edizione Living delivers via a third party carrier. If you provide your mobile number, our courier will send parcel tracking and delivery information directly to your phone.

Parcel items are delivered Monday to Friday and generally take 1-3 working days to reach you once dispatched from our warehouse. 

Truck Delivery

Edizione Living orders of furniture and other bulky items are delivered using our specialist one-man or two-man service.

Once your order is available to deliver (i.e. after it has been made to order - do please review delivery lead times before and after ordering) our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date. In most cases they will offer you a date within a week. We deliver Monday to Friday. You will be able to choose an alternative date if the date offered is not convenient. We are not able to offer AM or PM, but the day before your delivery you will be contacted with an expected three-hour time slot.

Our teams offer delivery to your room of choice (up to second floor) and removal of packaging. Please advise us in advance of any access issues, e.g. narrow stairwell, no parking.

Please note, any cancellation within 48 hours of the delivery date will incur a failed delivery charge of £79. This charge will also apply if no-one is present to receive your delivery at a time agreed with the carrier. Similarly, if you choose not to accept your new furniture for reasons other than damage you will also incur a removal charge of £150.

• Returns must be sent in their original packaging, so do not dispose of this without thoroughly checking the item. 

• We do not offer any assembly services. If you do decide to hire a third party service, this is at your discretion and we are not able to waive any fees incurred through failure of this service.

FURNITURE LEAD TIMES

We will do our best to complete your made-to-order furniture within the specified lead time, however some delays can occur that are outside of our control. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

TRUCK DELIVERY EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery of oversized and large items to the areas listed below.

INTERNATIONL ORDERS

We are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery options in the future.
