This website (edizioneliving.co.uk) is operated by Tramola Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms "Edizione Living UK", "Edizione Living", “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tramola Ltd. Tramola Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

 
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. 
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via the Website you are making an offer to Edizione Living to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. A contract between you and Edizione Living for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order prior to despatch. 

Please note we cannot take orders over the telephone. All orders are to be placed via the Website. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY

Delivery charges are determined based on the size and weight of the products. The exact delivery cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase. You can find out more about our Delivery options, prices, and services by clicking here.

Once your goods are dispatched, you will receive delivery information and/or a tracking link from our delivery partner.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimates only and may be subject to change. Edizione Living cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Customers must be 18 years or older to accept and sign for our large item deliveries.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS

We do try to process all orders as soon as possible so that you receive your items quickly. We regret that in most circumstances it is not possible to change or cancel your order once you've placed it.

If you wish to cancel this contract once your order has been dispatched please note the following procedure will apply:

• Should you wish to return a large furniture item we will arrange to collect this item from you and will apply an appropriate collection charge of £150.00.

• The collection charge will be deducted from the refund value when processed.

• To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement via email or via mail.

• Edizione Living reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in fully resalable condition.

• If the furniture was customised to your specifications as in Bespoke or Made-to-Measure Items, it is non-returnable unless it is faulty.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, and you would like to return any items from your order, please follow the instructions here.

We will refund any returns within 14 days of receiving them. If you have not received your refund within 28 days from when the return was sent or collected, please send us a copy of your proof of postage/collection.

SECTION 6 - SHORT DELIVERY, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS

We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/or damaged and/or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to Edizione Living via an email-info@edizioneliving.co.uk. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you, the customer.

SECTION 7 - GUARANTEE

All our products come with a 1-year structural manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery, and offers cover against manufacturing defects or any defects which may arrive under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship.

If there is a structural manufacturing fault with your order and you let us know about it:

• Within 14 days of delivery you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement.

• Exceeding 14 days, yet within 12 months we will organise a replacement.

Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect the item, and notify us of any aesthetic faults. The following conditions are excluded from the aesthetic fault policy:

• Faults or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised alterations.

• Minor imperfections that are within the acceptable industry standards for the product

• Any aesthetic faults reported after the 14-day notification period.

SECTION 8 - PAYMENT 

We accept secure online payments through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
• The payment details provided are accurate and valid.

Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation. If a payment is declined or fails, we will not be able to process your order. Please check payment details or contact your bank for assistance. 

SECTION 9 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 10 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 11 - PRICES

All prices quoted on the Website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. All prices are accurate at the time of online publication. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

SECTION 12 - DISCOUNT CODES

Any discount codes available to use on our Website are subject to change at our discretion and only one discount code can be applied per order.

We reserve the right to exclude any items from live promotions and amend the expiry date, without warning. Discount codes cannot be used on promotions or bundles(unless specified).

Discounts advertised on a third-party website and not advertised by Edizione Living directly will not be honoured, if the discount code is not valid at the time of use.

SECTION 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Edizione Living or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

SECTION 14 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

SECTION 15 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. In no case shall Edizione Living, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
